Our Lofts are professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guests stay.  Our linens and towles are laundered at a professional hotel laundry facility.  Each loft includes a private bathroom, washer and dryer and kitchen minimizing your need to interact with others who might be visiting.

We ask all 747 Lofts Guests to follow these Guidelines:

  • Please travel only when everyone in your group is healthy (no signs of COVID including fever, cough, body aches, loss of taste or smell or extreme fatigue) and has been so for at least the last 14 days.
  • Everyone should pack and prepare to wear a face covering when in the common areas of the building including the hallways, elevator and other common spaces.  Stores and restaurants require face coverings throughout Chicago.
